Owner Jaculynn Peterson is a technology and sustainability professional with 22 years of national and international marketing, communications, and business development experience.

She is also a locavore who is passionate about helping locally owned companies strategically position themselves for long-term growth. 

Jaculynn is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully engineering and evolving marketing communications strategy; delivering ROI; and growing business.

A creative and critical thinker, Jaculynn has increased growth and visibility for over a hundred products, services, events, clients, and companies using data-based decisions and results-driven strategies that map to business objectives.

Two SMB companies where Jaculynn held management-level marketing positions were acquired by global IT research giant Gartner and Fortune 500 Symantec.

Jaculynn’s background includes – but is not limited to – PR, advertising, branding, marketing, messaging, direct response, content development, media buying, social media, lead generation, website and collateral development, and event management:  conferences, trade shows, media showcases, workshops, launches, community events, and seminars.

Jaculynn is a social media advocate and blogger who’s been published with Reuters and the Wall Street Journal. Her consulting client list includes: Gerry Spence, Geoffrey Fieger, Trial Lawyers College, Communicate with CLASS, and NextStep Recycling. In addition Jaculynn was the founder and publisher of MyEugene  a niche hyperlocal news site in Eugene, Oregon. In 2011, MyEugene partnered with The Oregonian, the largest news organization in the Pacific Northwest.

Jaculynn began her education majoring in Journalism at SUNY Brockport and received her bachelor’s degree in Public Communication in 1993 from SUNY College at Buffalo, where she founded the school’s local PRSSA chapter.

She also holds a certificate in sustainability / green building from the Northwest Water & Energy Education Institute and the Sustainable Building Advisor Institute.
